How do we express creativity?

There are many ways artists or people draw and/or express their creativity and visual storytelling to others or in general. Whether it’s through your result of your project, the process and sketches of it, or from the concepts and meanings for the creation of your projects; there are ways to show and to enhance the experience, visuals, and storytelling for you and your audience. Concept art and ideas along with process or updates of your project, creative or visual skills, and time can be very impactful and sometimes inspiring to have and show to your audience or others, especially with the rise and growth for AI along with technology as time goes on. To which it can make creativity, originality, and a good number of things harder due to everyone slowly having access to AI and being able to generate anything, even if it generates through getting things and art styles without permission. Creativity and art can made physically or digitally, to which there are some good examples whether from others or personal design/ experiences on the many ways of drawing or making the project, that can bring or enhance the visual storytelling, meanings, and sometime can even inspire others through the design, colors, techniques, and/or the process of making them.

Starry Night Painting

              This painting is one of the most recognizable and massive art pieces in history as Vincent Van Gogh made this in 1889 while he was staying at the hospital due to his mental/ psychological health and his diagnosis. He painted this through so many brush strokes and massive amount of creativity from his own imaginations, to which this painting inspires and resonates with so many people about beauty and creativity.

Bob Ross Landscape

Bob Ross made impact on the audiences, many artists, and many people around the world through his creative and beautiful art pieces. He painted and recorded himself painting most of his art works, especially to show and to share the joy, fun, and creativity in doing art while also giving some good and understandable art education. The biggest message though he gave through his time and art works is that anyone can paint or do art, which made a huge cultural impact especially on the digital age as time goes on through PBS, and the internet after his death. Bob Ross made a huge impact on society so that everyone can be creative and do art without having to be artistically talented or trained. Everyone can have fun, enjoy, and make unique visual arts and styles without have to follow the traditional style and way of doing art.

Digital Drawing

One fun example for digital design or art, I personally did this unfinish design of a small illustration I wanted to do for myself and as a new design concept. I made and used a custom hair-like brush to give a hair design that gives an old painting like stroke movements. I’m using a black and white filter to show the different shapes and shadings, along with seeing if the design looks good and doesn’t blend or not.

Conclusion

              There are many ways, styles, techniques, reasons, etc. of creating art stuff and getting creative with visual or any type of projects. In addition to the number of inspirations, impact, and creativity anyone can do uniquely with their own style, time, skills, and imagination. Even just the process and the concepts can make a huge difference in general along with your audience and to the people who are curious or enjoy seeing the work and the process or storytelling behind the project or visual arts.
