With the rise of streaming, one might think, what is it like to be a small creator? Aeysawn James, or Ace for short, is a content creator on Amazon’s live-streaming platform Twitch. Their alias on the platform is yesiminferno and streams regularly for about 2 to 6 hours. Ace usually streams video games such as Valorant, Fortnite, and Minecraft. They average around five viewers per stream, which classifies them as a small streamer. They started streaming a few years ago but did not get as serious with it until recently.

Why Did Ace Start Streaming?
Ace has always been into making content and thought streaming would be an excellent way to share their experience with other people. He has been playing video games for a long time, so Ace thought it would be nice to play those same games on stream to entertain anyone who stops by.
When Did Ace Start Streaming?
Ace started streaming back when he only owned an Xbox. The console had built-in streaming with the Twitch app, so he did not have to own a pc at the time. He was never really into streaming that way and wanted to be someday able to get a PC to stream on. Once Ace finally got his gaming laptop, he started to take his streaming hobby seriously.
“Once you get a good pc or laptop, you can get into streaming,” Ace said. “Most games and streaming software do not need much from a computer to run, so it makes streaming come down to you set up how you want to present yourself on stream.”

Does Ace Want to Pursue Fulltime Streaming?
“If the opportunity presents itself, I would consider a full-time career in streaming,” Ace stated. “At the moment, I am trying to save up money to spend more time streaming and creating content for my audience.”
