Congratulations to Women’s Basketball players Alieghya Bartholomew, Alisha Murray, Aryelle Stevens, Isimenme Ozzy-Momodu, and Raiane Dias Dos Santos on earning this season’s All-Panhandle Conference 1st and 2nd team.

Freshman Raiane Dias Dos Santos earned 2nd Team honors averaging 10.8 points, and 3.3 assists per game.  Dias Dos Santos ended her regular season with 301 points, 57 steals, 92 assists, 82 rebounds, while making 32 of 48 Free Throws.

Sophomore Aleighya Bartholomew earned 1st Team honors after averaging 15.1 pts, 5.8 rebounds, and 5.9 assists per game during regular season play.  She finished regular season play with 422 pts, 74 steals, 163 rebs, and made 68 of 85 Free Throws.

Sophomore Aryelle Stevens earned 1st Team honors averaging 8.8 pts, and 6.9 rebs per game during regular season.  She accumulated 247 pts, 4 blocks, 30 steals, 49 assists, 194 rebs, and made 36-50 FT.

Freshman Alisha Murray earned 1st Team honors after averaging 13.3 pts, and 4.1 rebounds per game during regular season play.  Murray finished her Freshman regular season with 371 pts, 51 steals, 58 assists, and made 57-83 FT.

For her outstanding play during the regular season, Alisha Murray was awarded Co-Panhandle Conference Freshman of the Year.  
Sophomore Isimenme Ozzy-Momodu earned 1st Team honors after finishing the regular season averaging 17.5pts, and 12.1 rebounds per game.  Ozzy-Momodu collected 385 points, 50 blocks, 21 steals, 19 assists, 267 rebounds, while making 173 of 237 FG. For her outstanding play during the regular season, Isimenme Ozzy-Momodu was awarded Panhandle Conference Player of the Year.  
Women’s Head Coach Rory Kuhn earns Panhandle Conference Co-Coach of the Year.
During the 2024 Regular Season, Coach Kuhn led his team to an impressive 24-4 overall record (9-3 Conference), 80.1 pts (2,244 total pts), 40.5 rebs, 4.5 blocks, and 16.8 assists per game.
Good Luck to the #1 seed Lady Commodores at the NJCAA/FCSAA Region 8 Women’s Basketball Championship.
 
They will face #8 seed Santa Fe on Thursday, March 14th at 6pm.
