Panama City, FL –The Gulf Coast State College Foundation is seeking scholarship applicants for the 2024 – 2025 academic year.
The application cycle is open to all students attending, or planning to attend, Gulf Coast State College. The deadline to apply is March 15th.
Applicants must be accepted into Gulf Coast State College, have an active GCSC student ID number and GCSC email before attempting to start the scholarship application process. GCSC students can find the scholarship application link inside their myGCSC portal.
“Scholarships are dollarships” noted Dunkin McLane, Assistant Director. “Our scholarship awards can be combined with other forms of financial resources, such as Pell Grants, the Gulf Coast Guarantee, College Pre-paid Plans, and Bright Futures to form a wonderful package that can really lower the cost of education.” McLane continued, “Even our scholarship awards used without other resources still give Gulf Coast students a chance to further their education at a minimum cost. This is all thanks to our community donors who make this possible.”
The Foundation has over 750 scholarship opportunities available, and is planning to spend over $1 million to help support Gulf Coast State College students. For more information on how to apply go to gcscfoundation.org/scholarships/
