Who– DJ Hello Karen is she’s a public radio DJ on WKGC-90.7. She is a student at Gulf Coast State College and started being a DJ in February 2021 in a radio class on the student station at the Charles Hilton Center. She is Majoring in Digital Media, specializing in audio video Production.

What– DJ Hello Karen has her own show called The Mix. Its the Mid-Day Talk Show on 90.7  that airs from 11A.M to 1P.M. Karen said “I don’t do The Hello Karen show anymore I do it on Fridays but my main show is The Mix on the main station and that show is basically a variety show its tailored towards the community so I have little bits of comedy and then I have a segment that is dedicated to local events where I bring guest to the community to talk about non profit events I bring in musicians for local play of the day and sometimes do live performances.”

Where– The Student Union Radio Station known as the fishbowl radio station because of its glass wall where you can see the outside of the radio station. DJ Hello Karen goes down to that station as well and the public radio station which is at The Charles Hilton Center down here at Gulf Coast State College.

When– A few months ago DJ Hello Karen started working on The Mix. The show previously started at 9A.M until DJ Hello Karen started 11AM to 1pm

Why– Because she Majors for Digital media and her talk show is here for informing her audience about public service and entertainment. Some organizations that speaks with the Mix are:
