Gulf Coast State College is hosting the fourth annual Startup Weekend, an event for entrepreneurs, developers, designers and artists to pitch their ideas and learn how to launch a business in a weekend. The event provides an excellent opportunity to meet and network with like-minded individuals, test ideas, meet potential co-founders and grow the entrepreneurial community in Northwest Florida. Attendees will learn about product development, proof of concept and startup methodologies. They will also have the opportunity to form into teams and pitch their ideas to a panel of experts for a chance to win the “Best 2017 Big Idea.”

“We have coaches specializing in all aspects of marketing as well as product design and engineering,” said Pamela Kidwell, Executive Director of the Business Innovation Center. “We are grateful to be a part of such an exciting weekend.”

The event will be held March 31 – April 2 at GCSC’s Advanced Technology Center. For advanced registration and additional information, please visit http://bit.ly/StartupWeekendPC2017.
