Gulf Coast State College Earns National Quality Matters Endorsement for Course Design

Panama City, FL – Panama City, FL – Gulf Coast State College has been awarded the Endorsement for Course Design Quality Assurance by Quality Matters (QM), a global leader in quality assurance for online and blended learning. As only the second institution to earn this endorsement, GCSC’s recognition affirms the strength of its internal review process and the consistent quality of individual courses that meet all QM Essential Review Standards.

The endorsement follows an independent validation review by an external QM reviewer who confirmed that GCSC meets Quality Matters’ criteria for course design quality.
