The Difference Between Bad and Good Sleep

A lot of people can have good sleep or insufficient sleep, and it depends on the person. Good sleep is when you are not stressed, distracted, anxious, or depressed and timing your sleep schedule right. Good sleep is done by exercising and avoiding harmful food habits. When you sleep well, you can think, talk, listen, and focus. Sleeping for 8 hours will count as good sleep. Insufficient sleep is when you are stressed, distracted, anxious, depressed, and not timing your sleep schedule. When you don’t sleep well, you cannot think and drive. Many students who have to go to sleep therapy have difficulty sleeping, which helps them get back on track.

Ways To Get Good Sleep

Please don’t use your phone because it will give you a headache while sleeping. Please turn off your lights because they will hurt your eyes while sleeping. Always make sure your bed is clean. Make sure your room smells good, and also make sure your room is at an average temperature.

Point of View From Student

The only student I interviewed was Maddie. Maddie talks about her opinion on the importance of sleep. The first interesting question I asked was, why is sleeping important? Maddie said, “Well, sleeping is necessary for most living things; our body needs some time to rest; also, our brain needs some time to recharge in such, and that is what sleeping necessary is.” My second exciting question was, do many people have sleeping problems? Maddie said, “Oh yeah, absolutely; as a person with sleeping problems myself, there are a lot of people with sleeping problems unless is like something where like people who find someone similar, but I highly doubt that because not only just me finding other people with those problems there is also people internationally, and you know it’s known around the world, like sleeping problems are you know relatively well burst if that makes sense like there are tons of people have it so not necessary like specific people, but there are tons around the world.”
