Point Of View From Students About Handling Stress

The first student I interviewed was Zavien. Zavien talks about the importance of handling stress. The first interesting I asked him was, how do you handle stress? Zavien said, “The way I handle the stress depends on, like, during the time or the day, like if it’s like nighttime, I’m probably eating a bag of like those of Chester’s hot fries. It burns my mouth, makes me feel lightheaded, and feels really good. I’m not that kind of person that will like smoke anything or doing any sort of like of that kind of activity to deal with stress. I either eat my hot fries, drink soda and play my game and then it distracts me.” The second student I interviewed was Kris. Kris will also be talking about the importance of handling stress. The interesting question I asked him was, you think stress affects other college students? Kris said, “Oh yeah, for sure, like I know people who work full-time jobs and take five classes, and I’m like, how do you manage that? Honestly, two classes seem stressful for me, but I’m planning on taking three, which topic of stress is going to raise a little bit, but depending on how I handle myself this next semester, it might kindly help even out if I just stay focus and stay on track.”
