Representatives from Rutherford High School’s JROTC program met with ‘Our Military Community’ host Jerry Tabatt to discuss their unique experiences in Bay County. Collaborating with the International Baccalaureate Program, the JROTC Unit FL-034 introduced a new pilot program in February 2023.
