Who is Seth?

Seth Johnson is a 20-year-old student in his second year at Gulf Coast State College who is majoring in Multimedia production and has recently become a member of the Commodore Productions Team.

Working with Commodore Productions

Roughly a month ago he began working with Commodore Productions at Gulf Coast State College.

In the short time he has worked with Commodore Productions he has helped with several tasks around campus.

Included in some of these events are live productions, such as red speedo by Lucas Hnath and assisting with the filming of basketball games.

Additionally, Seth has assisted with the filming and editing of Coach’s Corner for Gulf Coast State College.

One of the main benefits of working with the Commodore Productions team is the experience you gain. Due to this, I decided to ask Seth what experiences from working with Commodore Productions he thinks will be useful when he graduates.

Seth Johnson replied :

I have learned team working skills. I have also gained real hands on experience with the kind of stuff i will be doing with my degree.

What is so great about it?

Curious about all aspects of the Commodore Productions team, I asked Seth what non-job-related positivity has come his way due to working with them. He stated

The ability to spend time and enjoy that time with people who are insanely talented with digital media, It puts me in a creative environment and I think it makes me a better worker.

Additionally, Seth said that his favorite task he has worked on with Commodore Productions was the sports production work he has done.

Surprisingly I’ve enjoyed the sports productions a lot. While i’m not a huge sports fan, shooting live with a team of people has been a great experience.

Due to his previous work with editing and his love for sports production, as mentioned earlier, after getting his degree he hopes to do more intensive editing work. Seth says that he is very fond of the idea of possibly leading his own live productions someday.

Additionally, Seth is planning on getting his bachelor’s degree after the completion of his associate’s degree. Upon completion of the bachelor’s degree, he stated that he is not one hundred percent sure exactly what he wants to do. Although not completely sure what he wants to do, he does know that whatever he chooses to do, he wants to make content that has an impact or makes people smile.
