Ready for 2017 to be over? Me too, dude. With 2017 rounding itself out, 2018 is right around the corner, ready to add new and highly anticipated movie for the coming year.

Avengers: Infinity War Part One is the highest anticipated movie of 2018! The film is set to be the highest grossing Marvel movie in the studios history, it is the 19th film in the franchise and third Avengers film. While the plot has been kept secretive and no official trailer has been released, the producers and creators at Marvel Studios has said the Avengers will fight Thanos, the alien lord that possesses the Infinity gauntlet, that hold the Infinity stones and have been seen throughout the series. Release Date: May 1, 2018

The untitled Deadpool sequel or Deadpool 2 for now, has yet to released an official plot to the public. They have, however, released a teaser trailer and many photos from the set to the public to hint at the famous mercenary’s crazy antics and the possible plot. Josh Brolin is also set to be playing the villain in this Marvel film as well. Release Date: June 1, 2018

Solo or The Han Solo Movie is in the top 10 for the one of the highest anticipated movies of 2018. After the terrible fate of Han Solo in future Star Wars films was confirmed in Force Awakens, fans wanted at least some answers to his life before the original three films, to at least help with the healing of his absence. So he now has his own movie! The movie’s plot is still really unknown, but from what has been said the film will feature his life as a smuggler before the trilogy and his meeting of Lando Calrissian. Release Date: May 25, 2018

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is the second installment of the five movie series set in the 1920’s before the Harry Potter movies. The plot is at the end of the first film, the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald was captured by MACUSA (Magical Congress of the United States of America), with the help of Newt Scamander. But, making good on his threat, Grindelwald escaped custody and has set about gathering followers, most unsuspecting of his true agenda: to raise pure-blood wizards up to rule over all non-magical beings. In an effort to thwart Grindelwald’s plans, Albus Dumbledore enlists his former student Newt Scamander, who agrees to help, unaware of the dangers that lie ahead. Lines are drawn as love and loyalty are tested, even among the truest friends and family, in an increasingly divided wizarding world. This film features old faces as well as new cast members, such as Jude Law as the young Albus Dumbledore, Zoe Kravitz (who was mentioned in the first film) as Leta Lestrange, and the introduction of Newt Scamander’s unknown older brother Theseus Scamander, played by Callum Turner. Release Date: November 16, 2018

Black Panther is of course in the top 10 list as it is the introduction into the life of the superhero. The film is set to be released before Infinity War and is the 18th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The plot is after the events of Captain America: Civil War, King T’Challa returns home to the reclusive, technologically advanced African nation of Wakanda to serve as his country’s new leader. However, T’Challa soon finds that he is challenged for the throne from factions within his own country. When two foes conspire to destroy Wakanda, the hero known as Black Panther must team up with C.I.A. agent Everett K. Ross and members of the Dora Milaje, Wakanadan special forces, to prevent Wakanda from being dragged into a world war. The two foes set to destory Wakanda are Klaw, played by Andy Serkis and Erik Killmonger, played by Michael B. Jordan. The film also features warriors and close friends to T’Challa, as well as allies and family, which all have never been seen before to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Release Date: February 16, 2018 

Ant-Man and the Wasp is the third Marvel film to be released in the coming year, and is the 20th installment to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The plot is set after the events of Captain America: Civil War, Scott Lang tries to balance his home life as a father with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, when Hope Van Dyne and Hank Pym present him with a new mission, requiring him to team up with van Dyne as the new Wasp. The director from the first Ant-Man film, Peyton Reed, returns to film the superhero and his new ally and their fight against a new threat to humanity. Release Date: July 6, 2018

The Incredibles 2 is the sequel to the 2004 hit film and has been long await by many fans from the first.  This film will focus on Helen Parr, also known as Elastigirl, while her husband Bob remains at home to watch their children Violet, Dash, and Jack-Jack. The family struggles to maintain normal lives while they remain unaware of Jack-Jack’s powers. However, they, along with Frozone will have to battle a new villain with a sinister plot. The sequel will start immediately after the end of the first film, according to Pixar’s chief creative officer John Lasseter, where the Parrs are just about to face The Underminer. The original talent for the characters from the first film (except the talent of Dash) all return to provide their voices to the beloved “Supers” and their allies, as well as their foes. Release Date: June 15, 2018

Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet is of course on the top 10 list of movies for 2018. The film is taking place six years following the events of the first film, the story will center on Ralph’s adventures in the Internet data space when a Wi-Fi router gets plugged into the arcade as he must find a replacement part to fix Sugar Rush. Along the way, Ralph and his best friend Vanellope von Schweetz encounter new customs, worlds, and characters, such as the trendy algorithm Yesss and the Disney Princesses. The original cast of the first film return to voice their characters, as well as the original voices for all the princesses (except for the voices of Snow White, Cinderella and Sleeping Beauty who will be voiced by different actresses.) will reprise their role of their famous leading ladies. Release Date: November 21, 2018

Aquaman is of course on the top 10 list due to the title character’s breakout appearance in the failed Justice League movie released this year. Following the events of Justice League, Arthur Curry/Aquaman, the reluctant ruler of the underwater kingdom of Atlantis, is caught between land dwellers that are always polluting the globe and his own people who are ready to invade the surface. He must balance both the nations and deal with new enemies from within the kingdom while learning more about his heritage. The movie will hopefully do better than its predecessor, and includes the his wife Mera, played by Amber Heard, his mother, father and brother and features more of a background to the beloved superhero. Release Date: December 21, 2018

Wrapping up the list is Ready Player One. The film is set in the year 2045, much of Earth’s population centers have become slum-like cities due to overpopulation, pollution, corruption, and climate change. To escape their desolation, people engage in the virtual reality world of the OASIS (Ontologically Anthropocentric Sensory Immersive Simulation), where they can engage in numerous activities for work, education, and entertainment. Wade Owen Watts is a teenager from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma who frequents the OASIS and attempts to win “Anorak’s Game”, a game created by the recently-deceased creator of the OASIS, James Halliday, in search of its Easter Egg. The winner is to be granted full ownership of the OASIS and Halliday’s $240 billion fortune. While Wade works with several friends from the OASIS to discover Anorak’s treasure, the corporate giant Innovative Online Industries (IOI) employs a number of players to try to discover the treasure first and seize control of OASIS for themselves. The film features many 80’s easter eggs itself, and is based off the New York Times Best Selling Novel, the film is directed by legendary director, Steven Spielberg and might be one of the best movies of 2018. Release Date: March 30, 2018
